I like big messy problems, small thoughtful details and the space between the two. I’m happiest moving from the bigger picture into the pixels with my team, shaping experiences, building systems and figuring out better ways to make the work great.

My leadership style is hands-on, collaborative and low-ego. I give people the context and trust they need to do great work while staying close enough to help.

I’ve spent my career across agency and in-house teams, brand and product, startups and larger organizations.

The settings have changed, but the part I enjoy most hasn’t: making good things with good people.
